THE MARQUESS or HARTINGTON,in reply, said, he saw no reason to depart from the answer he had previously given; but it would be necessary to bring in a Bill on the subject, and then the hon. Baronet would have an opportunity of urging his reasons for thinking that the vacancy ought to be filled up.
