§ MR. ELLICEwished to ask the Speaker a Question with reference to the putting-off of Bills till the 20th of June —namely, whether Notice ought not to be placed on the Paper that the postponement of Bills was to be proposed?
§ MR. SPEAKERIf an hon. Member be desirous of postponing a Bill of which he has charge, it is the ordinary practice to allow him to move its postponement without Notice.
