asked Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to the Fourteenth Report of the Science and Art Department, Appendix A, page 16, If he has any objection to lay upon the Table of the House the Letter of the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education of the 7th December 1866, transmitting a Minute of the Council on Education, recommending the establishment of a Museum of Art and Science on a free site at Bethnal Green, addressed to the Treasury, and assented to by the Lords of the Treasury in a letter signed by the Secretary of the Treasury December 22nd 1866?
