BAXTERThere is, Sir, no present intention on the part of the Government to bring in a Bill to remit the existing debt duo to the Exchequer on the security of the Blackwater Bridge; but the Treasury is willing to entertain any further proposals on the part of the counties interested for the settlement of the question.
