Sir, I beg to give Notice that this day fortnight I shall move and take the opinion of the House upon the following Resolution:— That, in the opinion of this House, the judgment of Mr. Justice Keogh in the case of the Galway Election Petition is calculated to degrade the character of the Irish Bench, and to expose the purity of the administration of justice in Ireland to just suspicion, and the liberties and franchises of the electors of Ireland to serious peril.
