moved to insert at the end of Clause 5, the words— And such trust deeds, together with the names of the trustees for the time being, shall be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery.

Amendment proposed, In page 3, line 41, after the word "school," to add the words "and such trust deed, together with the names of the trustees for the time being, shall be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery."—(Mr. Newdegate.)

Question proposed, "That those words be there added."

proposed to amend the proposed Amendment, by omitting the words "together with the names of the trustees for the time being."
