Resolution [July 23] reported; That it is expedient to make provision for enabling the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to pay into the High Court of Chancery in England the sum of Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Pounds, deposited with the Court of Chancery in England in respect of the Railway authorised by 'The Kensington Station and North and South London Junction Railway Act, 1859,' which said sum was released upon a bond granted in pursuance of the 25th section of that Act, and which by reason of the non-completion of the said Railway, was paid to the Paymaster General on account of Her Majesty's Treasury.

Resolution agreed to:—Bill ordered to be brought in by Mr. ADOLPHUS YOUNG, Mr. ROBERT FOWLER, and Mr. GILPIN.
