On Motion of Mr. BAXTER, Bill to abolish the office of Accountant General of the High Court of Chancery in England, and to amend the Law respecting the investment of money paid into that Court, and the security and management of the moneys and effects of the Suitors thereof, ordered to be brought in by Mr. BAXTER, Mr. SOLICITOR GENERAL, and Mr. WILLIAM HENRY GLADSTONE.
