§ MR. STANSFELD, in reply, said, as it was his intention to introduce the Bill to which the noble Lord referred to-morrow week, he would postpone answering the noble Lord's Question until that time.
§ LORD EUSTACE CECILsaid, that, in consequence of the unsatisfactory answer he had just received, he should take the earliest opportunity of calling the attention of the House to the subject, and of moving a Resolution.
