THE MARQUESS OF HARINGTONsaid, the Answer he had recently given to the hon. and learned Member for Tipperary (Mr. Heron) would not apply to the Question of the hon. Member for Armagh, because it was desirable that the subject of the Bill referred to in the Question should he considered in connection with the Grand Jury Amendment Bill which had already been introduced. He hoped, therefore, to be able to introduce a Bill in the course of the present week.
