BAXTERSir, the inquiry into the several departments of Her Majesty's Customs at Liverpool has, I believe, been completed; but the Commissioners of Customs have not yet sent the Report to the Treasury; and until it has been received and considered, I am unable to answer the latter part of the hon. Gentleman's Question.
