MR. BRUCEsaid, that in consequence of the objections of many hon. Members to the Metropolis Water Bill, and of the suggestion of the hon. Member for Ayr, the Government proposed to withdraw the Bill, and ask leave to introduce a new Bill on the subject.
§ MR. CRAUFURDexpressed his satisfaction at the course taken by the Government.
