HC Deb 01 May 1871 vol 205 c1937
MR. CRAUFURD

asked, What would be the course of business on Thursday, and more particularly with regard to the Scotch Education Bill?

MR. GLADSTONE

replied, that it would not be possible to fix the course of Business for Thursday until they saw what progress they made to-night; but he did not think the Scotch Education Bill could be taken on Thursday in any event, inasmuch as the Government had already announced their intention to go on with the Army Regulation Bill on that day.
