§ MR. CARDWELLA two-inch survey of the neighbourhood of Aldershot is being prepared by the Office of Works for the use of the officers at Aldershot. There is no general regulation for the supply of maps of the locality of stations in which troops are serving; but it has been the custom for the Horse Guards 574 to recommend applications when forwarded by general officers, and the applications have been complied with.
