BASSasked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, 459 Whether the Government had any information that Prussia was likely to fulfil the engagement of the Fifth Article of the Treaty of Prague, and restore a portion of North Schleswig to Denmark should the populations of those districts by a free vote express their desire to be reunited to Denmark; and, whether a plebiscite was likely to be taken with a view to this restoration of North Schleswig to Denmark should the vote of the people be favourable to it?
