AYRTONsaid, in reply, that the subject had been under the consideration of Her Majesty's Government for the purpose of making some arrangement to secure the object mentioned in the Question of the hon. Member. Her Majesty's Government had not yet arrived at any final determination. He was informed that they would do so in the course of a few days, and that the Papers relating to the arrangement would then be laid on the Table of the House.
