moved— That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that She will be graciously pleased to give directions that measures be taken to prevent as far as practicable Soldiers enlisted in any Regiment of Cavalry or Infantry of the line, being called upon to serve Her Majesty out of the United Kingdom, who shall not have attained the age of twenty years.

Motion agreed to.
