§ COLONEL SYKESasked the Postmaster General, When the new Post Office at Aberdeen will be commenced; and, what has been the cause of the long delay in beginning the works?
§ MR. MONSELLsaid, in reply, that the Fish Market had been decided upon as the site for the Post Office, and effect would be given to the decision as rapidly as possible; but certain legal preliminaries had still to be gone through. The delay hitherto had been occasioned by the difficulties attending the selection of a site.
