§ VISCOUNT ENFIELDSir, Her Majesty's Government have no further information with respect to the first part of my hon. and learned Friend's Question than that contained in the usual channels of information to the public, and, with regard to the latter portion of the Question, I believe that no communication on the subject has been addressed to the French Government.
