HANBURY-TRACYsaid, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for War, Whether the Committee which he stated early last Session had been appointed by His Royal Highness the Commander-in-Chief to draw up Regulations for extending the system of "Military Labour to Military Works," and for enabling every man in the Army desirous of working at a trade to obtain employment, have made any Report; and, if so, if he has any objection to lay it upon the Table of the House?
