§ VISCOUNT ENFIELDexplained that it was a typographical error, which would be corrected in any subsequent issues of the Papers. He was obliged to his right hon. Friend for calling his attention to the matter. The correct date at which he had passed the Dardanelles was in September, 1862, and attention had been first called to this by the Russian Ambassador at Constantinople.
