HC Deb 10 February 1871 vol 204 cc119-20
SIR CHARLES W. DILKE

said, he would beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether the Papers relating to the Conference which are to be laid upon the Table will contain all Communications received by Her Majesty's Government in reference to proposed action on the part of other Powers consequent upon the Circular Note of Prince Gortschakoff?

VISCOUNT ENFIELD

, in reply, said, that all Papers in connection with the hon. Baronet's Question which could be published without detriment to the public interests would be included in the documents to be presented to Parliament. Two sets of Papers in relation to that subject and the Franco-Prussian War had been just laid upon the Table.
