asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether he has received any information corroborative of a statement contained in the "Weekly Register," that an officer in Her Majesty's 52nd Regiment, stationed at Malta, has been sentenced to thirteen days' imprisonment, and to pay a fine of £5, for obstructing the procession of the blessed Sacrament that was being carried to a sick person?
