§ MR. W. E. FORSTERsaid, in reply, that schoolmasters who received their certificates during the ensuing three years without passing an examination on the tuition of the children being 1771 satisfactory would hold their certificates for life, provided they did not forfeit them by misbehaviour or otherwise.
