MR. W. H. GLADSTONEsaid, in reply, that he was unable to fix any precise day, because the remainder of the Civil Service Estimates could not be proceeded with until after further progress had been made with the Army and Navy Estimates. He would, however, give notice to his hon. Friend when the Vote would be taken.
