§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, as at present advised, I know of no change contemplated in the Customs, and, therefore, there will be no Bill; but, knowing what the hon. Member has got in his mind, I will undertake that there shall be an Inland Revenue Bill, in order to give him the opportunity of moving a clause.
