§ MR. CARDWELLreplied, that the Artillery Volunteers who went into camp at Shoeburyness had allowances made to them; and it was intended to give an allowance to the Volunteers who went into the camp of instruction to be formed in Hampshire; but the precise amount had not yet been determined.
