CHICHESTER FORTESCUEsaid, in reply, that it was not his intention to move the appointment of the 722 Committee on this subject till after Easter; indeed, the appointment would depend upon the progress of the Irish Land Bill, for it would not be moved I till that measure had passed through Committee.
