§ MR. BOURKE,who had given notice to call attention to the subject of Stamps upon Leases, said, as he was anxious, like other hon. Members who had Notices for that evening on going into Supply, to comply with the wishes of the House, he would not on that occasion bring forward that very important question; but would now content himself with intimating that on Monday next he would move for leave to bring in a Bill relating to it.
