said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If it is the intention of the Government to bring in a Bill this year for providing superannuation allowances for the Police Force in Scotland?

MR. BRUCE

, in reply, said, he hoped to be able to deal with the subject referred to in the hon. Member's Question at the same time when he dealt with a similar subject for England. In the present state of Public Business, he could not promise to introduce the measure before Easter.
