MR. CAMPBELLsaid, he wished to ask the Vice President of the Privy Council, Whether it is intended that under the Elementally Education Bill all classes of the community shall be free to participate in the School system proposed to be based upon payment of rates, School fees, and Government grants?
§ MR. W. E. FORSTERsaid, in reply, that he presumed the hon. Gentleman's Question had reference to the 4th section of the Revised Code. He could only repeat an answer he had given on more than one occasion—that, in the event of the Bill becoming law, it would be the duty of the Government to take every part of the Revised Code into their consideration.
