§ MR. SHAW-LEFEVREsaid, in reply, that the Board of Trade was in hopes the object the hon. Member had in view might be attained shortly by some more general measure, as negotiations were now pending with the railway companies on this subject. In the meantime, he thought it was unnecessary to make any change in the Standing Orders of the House.
