SIR HENRY LYTTON-BULWERsaid, he was sure the House must deeply regret the loss the country had sustained by the death of the Earl of Clarendon. In consequence of this sad event, he would postpone the Question he had intended to ask with respect to the International Commission on Consular Jurisdiction in Egypt.
