§ In reply to Mr. SCLATER-BOOTH,
§ MR. SHAW-LEFEVREsaid, that it was not intended by the Bill to make any change in the constitution of the Board of Trade. As to the rating clauses he was not quite certain, but believed they were intended to replace those which were repealed by the previous Bill.
