THE COMPTROLLER OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Lord OTHO FITZGERALD)

reported Her Majesty's Answer to Address [8th July] as follows:— I have received your Address praying that a Commission may be issued to inquire into the existing state of the Law relating to Friendly Societies. And I have given directions that a Commission shall issue for the purpose which you have requested.
