Friend, I have to say that I do not intend to make any statement with respect to the finances of India before Easter; indeed, we do not expect even to receive Sir Richard Temple's statement this year till about the cud of April. There will be no objection whatever to laying on the Table the correspondence which has occurred with respect to the recent revision of last roar's Budget.
