CAPTAIN VIVIAN, in reply, said, that the new regulations as to the admission of cadets to Woolwich, after the examinations of July, would not come absolutely into force, inasmuch as it had been decided that the old limit of ago would remain in force till after the Christmas examinations. The new regulations as to age would only come into force at the examinations of Midsummer, 1871.
