§ MR. KNATCHBULL-HUGESSEN, in reply, said, that the Report was presented on the 15th of this month, and was now in the hands of the Queen's Printer; and, in a few days, he hoped it would be in the hands of hon. Members. Owing to the attention lately paid to the subject, and to the exertions of Mr. Harrison, the clerk in charge of this department in the Home Office, the Annual Statement of Accounts had been prepared a fortnight earlier than had ever been the ease before, and he had been able to present it also on the 15th. How soon it would be in the hands of Members depended upon the printer, and he would endeavour to obtain its completion as soon as possible.
