§ MR. T. CHAMBERS, in reply, said he did not think that the demand for a debate was in the least unreasonable, and he had no reason to dread the result as regarded cither the debate or the division. In consequence of an appeal made to him the other day on the part of the right hon. Member for the University of Cambridge (Mr. Walpole) who was absent from the House through domestic affliction, he would postpone the next stage of this Bill till Wednesday, the 27th of April, the first Wednesday after the Recess.
