said, he wished to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether there is any foundation for the statement which appeared in one of Reuter's Telegrams, dated Madrid, June 24— That Spain, England, and Holland had decided to organize an expedition to Oceanica to put an end to piracy, the Spanish squadron being charged to explore the Sea of Yolo and the Philippine Islands?
