STACPOOLEsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, In whose hands the allocation and distribution of the Queen's Plates in Ireland are placed; and, whether, as these Plates are given for the encouragement of the breed of horses, they will be allocated to races in the four different Provinces of Ireland?
§ MR. STANSFELDsaid, in reply, that the matter rested with the Master of the 1272 Horse. He had no objection to give a Return on the subject.
