MR. STUART PARKERsaid, he wished to ask the Lord Advocate, Whether he intends, as soon as the state of Public Business permits, to bring in a Road and Bridges Bill for Scotland, such as that which was introduced by the late Lord Advocate last year?
§ THE LORD ADVOCATE, in reply, said, he was afraid there was no probability whatever that the state of Public Business would permit of the introduction of such a Bill during the present Session; but he hoped and believed it would be in his power next Session to introduce a measure on the subject.
