§ LORD ELCHOcalled the attention of the Home Secretary to the necessity, when three or four regiments of Volunteers were brought together for exercise in the parks, of having some five, six. or eight, mounted policemen, in order to indicate to the people the line of demarcation that would he required.
MR. BRUCEsaid, he would take the subject into consideration, and see what arrangement could be made.
