CHICHESTER FORTESCUEsaid, in reply, that the Royal Commissioners were anxious that the Commission should be prolonged until March of next year, this extension of time being necessary, they considered, in order finally to wind up the proceedings of the Commission; but upon the application of the Government the Commissioners had signified their full expectation that they would be able to supply their Report before the end of the present year.
