THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTONsaid, in reply, that a Bill was prepared, and would be shortly brought in either by his right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer or himself, which would, if passed, enable the Post Office to grant assurances on life for five pounds.
