MR. GRANT DUFFIn reply, Sir, to my hon. Friend, I have to say that an extension of the Eastern Bengal Railway to Darjeeling has been recommended by the Government of India, and that the Secretary of State in Council has sanctioned a preliminary survey of that line from Kooshtea.
