AYRTONSir, it is quite correct that Mr. Oswald has ceased to hold the office of Stamp Distributor for Ayrshire, and arrangements are made for the appointment of another officer to discharge the duties, but on the understanding that the appointment will be subject to further arrangements with a view to economy.
