MR. NEWDEGATE

asked, Whether the Government were prepared to produce the Report of the Australian Assembly, and the evidence relating to the case of O'Farrell; it appeared the Report was ordered to be suppressed, and that order was given in the Australian Assembly. He wished to ask the right hon. Gentleman at the head of the Government whether any communication had been made from the Government at home to the Colonial Government for the suppression of the Report?
