§ MR. LAYARD, in reply, said the Government would proceed with the Bill which gave them power to take possession of the land between the India Office and Great George Street. It was, however, intended to exclude from the Bill certain houses in Great George Street, Delahay Street, and Duke Street, which were included in the deposited plan. He would strike out those houses from the Bill in Committee.
