CHICHESTER FORTESCUEsaid, in reply, that he had no present intention of doing so; but the question was an important one, and would be considered in connection with the national system, which would have to be taken in hand as soon as the Government were in possession of the Report of the Commissioners now engaged in inquiring into the whole matter.
